Blossom (Women Growing in Grace)

Blossom is a ministry for women of all ages—we have programs for young and old, and are expanding to meet the needs of working women and professionals. Our events have a friendly atmosphere with a “family feel.”

Our theme for the year is “Love and Unity.” Events throughout the year will be designed to emphasize the theme and draw us closer to the Lord and each other.

 “May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God” (Romans 15:5–7 NIV).

Regular Gatherings

• Wednesday at the Streams (fellowship and Bible studies) 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel
• Wednesday evening worship and classes at 7 p.m. in Room B201 (for the women who can’t make it on Wednesday morning). Class costs vary. Contact Faith Cummings for more info (602.957.7500).
• Annual events include Christmas dinner, Spring Retreat, and a Mother’s Day event. We also schedule other fun events throughout the year.

The Women’s Ministry is branching into mission and outreach as well, with future mission trips and various outreach events planned. Women’s Ministry is directed by Pastor Faith Cummings, who can be reached by phone (602.957.7500) or e-mail at the church (faith@livingstreams.org).
